Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the ColorMuse app and website ("ColorMuse"), operated by CRE8T ("we", "us"). By using ColorMuse you agree to them. They apply whichever store you installed from — the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery — alongside that store's own terms.

What ColorMuse does

ColorMuse generates personalised, printable colouring pages and books from the photos, descriptions and stories you provide, using AI image generation. Results are creative interpretations: every page can be reviewed and redrawn before you print, but we can't guarantee any particular likeness or outcome.

Your content, your books

You keep all rights to the photos, descriptions and stories you provide.
The colouring pages and books ColorMuse creates for you are yours — print them, share them, gift them. Personal and family use is unrestricted.
Commercial resale of generated pages (for example selling them as products) isn't included in a standard purchase — a commercial licence tier is planned; contact us in the meantime.
You're responsible for the content you provide: only upload photos you have the right to use, and only of people whose consent you have (your own family, in practice).

What you may not do

Request artwork of characters, brands or artwork owned by others (we decline these automatically).
Attempt to generate unlawful, hateful or sexual content, or content that harms children.
Reverse-engineer, resell access to, or abuse the service (including systematic bulk generation).

We may refuse generations and, in serious cases, block access to protect the service and other users.

Purchases & subscriptions

All payments are processed by the store you installed from — Apple, Google, or Huawei. We never see your payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings; single-page and single-book purchases are one-off. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies. Books and PDFs you have already made remain yours if you cancel.

Fair use

"Unlimited" plans are for a household's own creative use and are subject to generous fair-use limits designed never to affect a real family. Commercial-volume generation belongs on a commercial plan.

The service

Generation depends on third-party AI providers and may occasionally be slow or unavailable; we'll always tell you honestly in the app rather than fake a result. We may update, change or discontinue features as ColorMuse evolves.

Disclaimers

ColorMuse is provided "as is", without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

If we change these terms, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
