Stuck, puzzled, or a page came out wrong? We answer fast — usually within a day.
On the proofing screen, tap the redraw icon on that page — redraws are free while you're proofing, and each one is a fresh attempt. If page 1 sets the wrong look, redraw page 1 first: it anchors the character for the whole book.
Finished pages are always saved. Open the book from your shelf and tap “Finish drawing” — it picks up exactly where it left off.
Every exported book is in the Files app — On My iPhone → ColorMuse → Books — and can be re-printed or re-shared from the book itself anytime.
Subscriptions are managed by the store you installed from, not inside the app — or tap “Manage Subscription” in the app’s About screen to jump straight there.
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ColorMuse Unlimited → Cancel.
Android: Play Store app → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ColorMuse Unlimited → Cancel.
Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the paid period, and your finished books and PDFs remain yours forever. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Long-press the book on your shelf and confirm. That removes its pages and its PDF copy from Files.
Purchases are processed by the store you installed from, so refunds go through them.
iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with your Apple ID.
Android: play.google.com → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history, or Google’s refund request form.
