A page came out wrong (cut off, odd looking, not like my kid)

On the proofing screen, tap the redraw icon on that page — redraws are free while you're proofing, and each one is a fresh attempt. If page 1 sets the wrong look, redraw page 1 first: it anchors the character for the whole book.

Drawing stopped partway

Finished pages are always saved. Open the book from your shelf and tap “Finish drawing” — it picks up exactly where it left off.

Where are my PDFs?

Every exported book is in the Files app — On My iPhone → ColorMuse → Books — and can be re-printed or re-shared from the book itself anytime.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ColorMuse Unlimited → Cancel. Your finished books and PDFs remain yours forever.

How do I delete a book?

Long-press the book on your shelf and confirm. That removes its pages and its PDF copy from Files.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with your Apple ID. If something in the app caused the problem, email us too — we'll make it right where we can.
